[Cask at Birkbeck Tavern] An amber beer with a small foamy and disappearing head. The aroma is very slight. The flavor is rather sweet, turning OK bitter, but missing a little palate. An average Ale.

Rerate, cask at the Station Hotel, Ipswich: Aroma of English malt vinegar, hints of dishwasher liquid. Smooth flavour without too much character. Low on hops.
