Draught at Darby's Gastown, Vancouver
Cloudy amber colour. Smells of stale water. Sourish, without real character, without clear buckwheat, some astringency, short finish. Modest.

On tap at Darby's Gastown, pours a cloudy orange with a medium beige head. Aroma brings out earthy farmhouse notes upfront and some spicy yeast. Flavour is loaded with spicy farmhouse yeast and buckwheat. Dry, fragrant and wild. Very nice.

Taster. Shared with Alex and Farees. Appearance: dirty copper with a white head, very similar to toasted buckwheat. Aroma: a bit funky, fruity, and earthy. Taste: similar, with some bread notes, a bit aggressive. Overall: ok.
