Earthy grains. Copper and cloudy with a small white head. Sour dark grains and an earthy notes.

Cloudy, amber. Thin head. Bretty and tart, like buckeheat accent, like dark fruity notes. Interesting but I think looking for a beer that truly sells me on buckwheat.
