Yeah, it’s that good! HFS is our GABF 2016 Bronze medal winner in the Strong Ale category. This West Coast-style American IPA is light bodied and full of hop flavor and aroma. It pours a pale gold with a light, fluffy, off-white head. Featuring a combination of Mosaic, Simcoe, and Citra hops, HFS presents a bold tropical fruit explosion with hints of grass and pine balanced by a light and bready malt character.

Sampled @ Mikkeller Beer Celebration 2017, Yellow Session. Fast klare goldgelbe Farbe. Geruch ist sehr hopfig bitter, Aprikosen. Geschmack ist sehr hopfig bitter, grapefruit, Aprikosen, leicht harzig, toll.

0,05l from tap at MBCC yellow session shared with / by the crew. yellow hazy color, small white head. smells of pines, peppery, light oats, passion fruit, bit grassy. nice smell but did not like the balance so much. full body, soft carbonation, slick mouhtfeel. tastes of pines, bit flowery, citric, grassy, light herbs. finishes light to mediuum bitter with notes of citrus, grass and light pines. quite nice one overall 7, 4, 8, 3, 15

Draft. A golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of straw, hops, lemons, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of hops,straw, and malt, leading to a bitter finsih.

From tap. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is grapefruity and slight hoppy. Lingering hoppy. Crisp fuity and slight peschy hoppy. Mellow and dry hoppy finish.

Draught @ MBCC 2017. Pours orange with a smooth bubbly head. Aroma of herbal hops, grass, pine and citrus. Taste is sweetish, herbal and grassy with some pine and citrus. Finish is sweet, caramely and herbal with some pine and citrus. Okay.

Keg at Ratebeer Best Beer Festival. 31/01/2016. . A clear golden orange coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is big dank hop, pine, caramel malts and a hint of diesel. Flavour is composed of onion and big dank citrus hop, assertive bitterness, brown bread and base malts. Palate is resinous sticky hop, highish carbonation.
