Growler from the Avalon Whole Foods. Hazy, gold color, with a thin, gray head. The nose is light banana, hay, lemon zest, biscuits, and resin. Estery sweetness up front, with a fairly significant bitterness. Light to medium body, crisp, and bubbly. This is a pretty nice, hoppy saison. In my opinion, a little overhopped and unbalanced.
