Kat aged on Missouri peaches, don't know what to call it besides a Brett Beer. This one gets aged for three months in oak barrels with Brettanomyces Lambicus, a cool yeast that gives this beer a wonderfully pretty aroma and flavor that everyone better like or else I'll look you up and teach you a lesson.

Bottle at BA Day. Pours a hazy orange gold with medium white head. The aroma is oak, brett, peach, funk. Thin body, tart peach, lemon, oak, light dry finish, very nice.

How: Draught.
Where: MBCC 2018.
Appearance: Golden colour with a white head.
Aroma: Fruit, peaches, citrus, malt, sour.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Citrus, sour, fruit, peaches.

Draught, taster. Sampled on the 11/05/2018 at "Mikkeller Beer Celebration 2018", Copenhagen. Hazy yellow colour with a low white head. Aroma is peach, oak barrels, brett and funky yeast. Taste is intense brett and oak barrels with a peach and citrus finish. Medium body. Dry finish. Next one please!!

Bottle @ Mikkeller Beer Celebration, Copenhagen, 2018. Pours hazy golden with a creamy head. Apricot, peach and funk. Dry, clean and juicy.
