Appearance: Amber colour with an off-white head.
Aroma: Spices, malt, some yeast.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Spices, caramel, malt.

Bottled. Hazy amber, mid sized head. Aroma of ginger and cinnamon. Mid sweet with light-medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Caramel and ginger. Low bitterness.
