Creamy off white head left blotches on an unclear copper coloured still body. Minimal aroma of malt & stewed fruit. Medium to thin bodied with a sparkle on the tongue & a clean dry back. Bitter berry, stewed fruit, marmalade, citrus & peach tastes.

bottiglia 33 cl, schiuma beige fine media persistenza, color ambrato scuro velato, al naso malto lieviti belgi spezie e lieve banana, in bocca malto caramello zucchero di canna e spezie, carbonatazione decisa, corpo rotondo, alcool ben bilanciato, amaro deciso, secca nel finale. Una buona birra. Va giù bene. 21.09.18

On tap at Protokoll, Berlin on 7th September 2018. Deep copper with off-white scantly lacing foam. Richly malty aroma with caramel. Spicy maltiness in-mouth and a fruity finish of plum, cherry and hazelnut. Engaging texture and plenty of body.

Barwa ciemnobursztynowa, niemal klarowne, piana zabrudzonej bieli, dość obfita, ale niespecjalnie trwała. W aromacie karmel, ciemny chleb, estry, z lekka chmiel, ziemiste. W smaku półsłodkie, podstawa karmelowo-chlebowa, z odrobiną chmielu, brzoskwiniowych estrów, zgniłych z lekka owoców, nuty jakby ziemisto-drzewne do tego. Goryczka niska do średniej, wysycenie w normie, zaznaczona przyprawowość, ciało solidne, nieco wyczuwalny alkohol. Przyzwoite, trochę się dzieje, ale do zachwytów daleko.

Bottle from drinkshop.sk Nice classic belgian ale, I do mind higher carbonation only. But besides that it's good, sweetish, yeasty with fruity notes in aftertaste.

Eingetrübte orange bräunliche Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Prägnant süßer, malziger, leicht fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich süß malzig mit Karamell, leicht hefig, leicht fruchtig, spürbarer, aber gut eingebundener Alkohol. Große Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.
