On tap at Gourmet Haus. Massive grapefruit up front - would be overwhelming if I didn’t like it so much. Hazy deep orange with white collared head and dusting over top. Head also creeps down the sides. Orange and citrus with biscuity malt challenging the heavy bitterness. Yeast and alcohol play together for a chewy mouthfeel. Semi-dry.

22oz bomber poured into a tulip. $3 on the discount rack. Bottled 4/5/11. Pours a cloudy dark orange with about 2 fingers of thick frothy white head. Aroma is strongly citrus and pine hops. Taste is heavily bitter. Starts out with pine resin and ends with a little tropical citrus. Lively carbonation and a long bitter finish. Overall, I really like this beer. I would love to try it fresh though

Bottle shared at my birthday at CBC, London. Pours light hazy gold with a fine, white head. Lovely citrus hop aroma with lots of other tropical fruits. Great flavor, all pine, grapefruit, orange and hay. Medium to full bodied with fine to average carbonation. Lightly sticky, resinous finish with light pine and lemon rind. Solid DIPA. Very drinkable.

Tap. Pours lightly cloudy golden light amber , little head, no lacing. Aroma is nice, with strong citrus/grapefruit hops notes. Taste is of grapefruit, with bitter notes, strong alcohol notes, and a bitter aftertaste. Tap is a little better than bottle, particularly w.r.t. aroma
