Craft. Opaque black beer, tidy tan head. Light and *cough* dry palate! Semi crisp. Very mild dark malts. Minerals. A trace of spicy bubblegum ester. Dry finish. Done!

On tap at Mikkeler Bar, May 2012. Black with a small tan head. Aroma of bread, light roasted malt and hay. The same in the taste. Also some light notes of coffee and hops. Light mouth feel but still an ok beer.

Draught @ Mikkeller Bar. Pours dark brown, almost black, with a small creamy white head that quickly dissipates while leaving some trace on the glass. Smell is sweet and malty with dark bread, caraway, artificial vanilla flavoring, ash and lemon zest. Taste is tiny sweet and bitter with coffee, ash, pine, wood, lemon zest, hay, dark bread and hints of smoke. Mouthfeel is dry, watery and light to medium bodied. Finish is bitter with bread, wood and ash.
