Our Folk IPA is a lower alcoholic version of the classical I.P.A but it is well hopped and tasty. The hops give a good balance of bitterness along with the aroma of spruce and passion fruit. Drink it while cooking or eating, or on the couch in front of the TV, or perhaps the best is in the sun while the grill is starting up.
