Bottle. Roast, white pepper and licorice in the aroma. Malty sweet flavor with caramel, white pepper and licorice. Very low on carbon, with lots of residual sugars. Balance could be better,

Dark cloudy brown colour. Strange aroma as it’s more like a pale, unroasted malt than what you might expect. Very creamy taste with some chocolate hints in the background.

Draft @ Ledig Erf, Utrecht. Brune brumeuse, col beige fin.

Bottled. An unclear red-brown beer with a thin brown head. The aroma has notes of alcohol, over ripe fruits, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, bread, caramel, and over ripe fruits, leading to a dry alcoholic finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.
