Bottle at home in NH. Picked up from the brewery. Pours clear reddish brown with a bubbly, light tan head. Light to medium sweet with moderate acidity, some nice tart berries, a bit of leather, salty bite, mild acetic tickle, raspberry, cherry and strawberry. Medium bodied with delicate carbonation. Fairly clean in the finish, drying, more tart and leathery berries, relaxed funk. Great depth, massively drinkable. A classic.

Bottle. Amber-Brown pour that is translucent. Head is off white and quickly fades to a fine film. Aroma is big and bold with soured cherries, grapes and some funky garbage pail brett. The taste is sour cherries, woodiness and a zinfandel winey character. The palate is light and oily with prickly carbonation. Finishes long with linger tart oaked fruits. overall: Top Shelf stuff. Very complex. Paired well with a artisanal gouda cheese.

On tap at Santa Rosa brewpub. Amber orange pour. Small creamy beige head. Aroma of sour fruit, dried fruit, barnyard yeastiness and oak. Intense flavors are complex and layers. Notes of red wine, cherries and oak. Simply amazing.

13/6/2020. Bottle courtesy of the SHIG, cheers! Pours slightly hazy pale amber with a bubbly off-white head. Aroma is woody, musty, grape, berry, cherry and brett. Light to moderate sweetness, medium tartness. Medium body, with slight creamy texture, and average carbonation. More late developing sour cherry tartness. Nice tart finish.

Corked and caged 375 ml bottle from pushkinwow. Pours hazy brown/amber with a small beige head. Aroma is vinegar, red berries, sour apples and some vanilla. Taste is nicely balanced and not overly tart. I get cherries, raspberries, green apples, vanilla with some oaky flavours to it. Very nice and balanced beer!

Lovely stuff. Bottle, thanks Jon. Cherries, very woody aroma. Kriek like, funk, feels very Belgian! Nice carbonation, nice sourness. Great stuff.
