A really nice and refreshing gose. Pleasant acidity with a mellow fruity back. Unclear yellow color with a fine head. Good intensity in the aroma. Medium body and a fine suitable carbonation. Pleasant acidity and a mellow sweetness. A bit dry texture. Fruity, some salt, herbal and lactic flavor.

Bottle at Katarina Ölcafé. Hazy golden with no head. Tart with fruit, funk, light bread and some grass. Easy to drink with a light body.

Tap sample. Tasted on the 12/05/2017 at MBCC (Copenhagen). Cloudy yellow colour with a minimum tan head. Aroma of salt, medium tarty and sour. Taste is medium intense citric fruits and salt, leading to a light sour and tarty finish. Next one please!

33 cl bottle on April 19, 2017.Fairly sure the label stated 3.7% ABV.Cloudy yellow color, white head. Acidic, sour, salty scent, slight acetic. Salty, acidic, berries taste. Massive salty aftertaste. Full but strange mouthfeel, no bitterness.

Flaska från SB. Disig gyllengul vätska med medelhöft skum. Drucken nästan frusen och funkade otroligt bra som törstsläckaren i vårsolen, frisk, snygg lite funkig jäsvighet, lätt sälta, citrus och lichie och någon mer frukt jag inte kunde sätta fingret på. Riktigt gott.
