(Bottle) Golden colour with brief, foamy, white head. Fruity, spicy, slightly sourish nose with notes of lemon, orange, white bread, herbs, lactic acid and clover flowers. Fruity, tart taste with lemon, passion-fruit, mango, flowers, white bread, herbs and a tart finish with low bitterness. Medium body, dry. Tasty and refreshing. Nice one.

On tap at Henrik, Bergen. The colour is hazy straw with a small off-white head. Aroma of lemon, grass, mango and dry hay. Sour flavour of lemon juice, white bread, weeds and hay and pale malt in a slightly dry ending. Has a slick and silky mouth feel, light to medium body and no bitterness. A fruity and sour ale, and well balanced BW.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Cloudy golden, minimal head. MIld lactic nose with some passionfruit. Tart with light-medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Mild lemon and herbs, some mango and passionfruit. No bitterness. Unlike many flavoured modern berliner weisses this retains good balance between flavouring and base beer.
