Bottle@yesprs - Golden fuzzy pour with white head. Fruity and malty with some sweet caramel notes, light brown sugar, dried fruits, herbal hoppy notes into the finish.

12 fl oz bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is citrusy fruity and slight citric. Smooth fruity, estery and bubblegum. Dry, bitter and slight herbal far finish.

Bottle. Almost clear gold with a huge white head. Aroma of oranges, pineapple, lots of dough, white pepper, cloves. Sweeter and less zesty than the aroma unfortunately and the impression is more of sugar and fruit struggling together rather than malt accented by citrus and wafty spicy esters. Could dry out a little more but it’s OK at the end with medium to high bitterness and an odd but not unwelcome herbal note. More strong Belgian blond than anything. Pretty good.

12 ounce bottle. Pours a hazy honey gold color with an ample frothy white head. Fruity malt nose is evident of Belgian yeastiness. Upfront, tart fruity maltiness, redolent of apricot, peach and tangerine. Midtaste brings complex hoppiness and balance. Finish is dry and spicy with fruity yeasty esters. A very nice brew. It could be a Belgo IPA, a Farmhouse Saison or an Strong Belgian style blonde. Anyway you label it, it is a delicious brew.

Pours an amber from a bottle, big fruity hop aroma and mellow mouthfeel. Sweetness before bitterness. Good beer.

Bottle from Marcus. Pours gold with a white head. Aroma is sort of yeasty, perhaps even with a earthy note. Med body. Flavor is herb, yeast, earth, grass. Tell me it’s a saison, I’ll believe it. Flavors are not typical American IPA flavors, and it does really resemble a Belgian ale. At 8.5% make that Belgian Strong Ale. It’s a pretty nice beer.

Belgian yeasty funky marshmallow peeps, grass, slight cat pee aroma. Clear amber, medium head. Funky marshmallow peeps, lemon zest, lillies. Medium body, soft carbonation. Fruity, funky, and bitter. Some flavors and aromas don’t mesh very well, but overall a nice Belgo IPA.

Draft @Sunset Grill and Tap. Unfiltered gold some light head retention. Aroma is grassy with lemons and floral notes with yeast that wants to try and find it’s way through the hops.
The hop profile is all over the place. Everything plus the kitchen sink show itself here. Grass, floral, citrus and very weak yeast that really trys to peak through but it really can’t crack the hops. This IPA doesn’t have much focus but that said, it still is rather drinkable and did enjoy it.

Pours clear gold into a snifter. White head with good retention recedes to hug rim. Hot lemony yeast aromas. Medium bodied with sweet hot caramel and dusty banana yeast front to back.
