Fruity, Flavourful, Sessionable. British and German malts team up with five Yakima Valley American hops to create a vibrant and fruity red ale. As lively and colourful as the people that brew it.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Ariel’s place. Thanks Ariel’s friend! Clear red-amber. Aroma of skunky hops, slightly weedy, and some malt. Flavor has some sweetish malt, a bit toasty, hops, kinda skunky, a bit citric, and a dry bitter finish. Medium-bodied.

Bottle shared at home. Dark amber with small white head. Light herbs, grass and flowers like a field in spring. Light roasted malts with a hint of chocolate milk and some caramel. Light citrus tartness and citrus peel bitter. Medium bodied with light feel. Nice.

Keg at Cambridge Brew House, Cambridge. Amber/copper, clear. Caramel, forest fruit, autumn leaves on the nose. Tastes as good as it smells: a caramel/toffee sweetness that threatens to be cloying but isn’t. The sweetness pulls back to release the resinous bitter hops. Pine and resin on the long finish. Incredible stuff.

33 cl. bottle @ home, shared with Rick, bought @ Jumbo Tiel. Clear reddish amber with a thin off-white head. Caramel aroma with some citrus hops. Slightly sweet taste. rather thin bodied but no surprise given the low ABV. Still a nice session beer

Helder donker roodbruin bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is licht bitter en fruitig, bessen en citrus. Komt wat waterig over, weing "body", smaak blijft waarschijnlijk daardoor ook niet zo lang hangen.
