Bottle, pours very dark, lots of head. Aroma is citrus and soury, Taste is a little bit of spice and some syrupiness.

wicked aroma of dark ripe fruit, lorads of plums, figs, apples, and a really nice licorice anise aroma also. Great malt in the flavor, and more of the nice fruity notes. Finished smooth, and sweet, great after diner beer.

Thick ruby brown with a huge inviting head. Aroma of coffee, roasted malts, caramel, syrup, brown sugar. Like the Floreffe Dubbel, there is a noticeable anise presence but it’s more subtle here. Flavour is quite sweet.

Аромат темных фруктов и карамели, быстро падающая пена с большими пузырями. Цвет весьма темный. Вкус опять же в основе темных фруктов, карамели и цветочных ноток. К сожалению сильно чувствуется алкоголь. В целом неплохой Эль.

33cl flip-top bottle in De Garre on 8th May 2024. Decent beige crown on the dark brown body, looked good. Pretty sweet with a dark fruity feel, nice!

Bottle 75 cl. Dark brown, beige foam. Aroma: caramel, toffee, dark fruits, malty and a bit spicy. Taste: caramel, toffee, wine, prunes, good brew.

Dunkles Schwarzbraun im Glas, viel Schaum, in der Nase aromatisch, malzig, blumig. Im Trunk candycorn, recht süß, Trauben, Karamell, dann mittig bis spät Schokolade und Lakritz. Lecker.

Servida en cáliz, color marrón oscuro, casi negro, prácticamente opaca, débiles reflejos rubí al trasluz. Aroma intenso a levadura belga, malta tostada, frutos oscuros, pan negro, caramelo, dátil, especias, regaliz, ligero café, ligero toque avainillado. En boca es robusta, compleja, profunda, de cuerpo medio a completo, notas de regaliz, malta torrefacta, ciruelas pasas, higos, pan tostado, final largo, seco, muy placentera. Buenísima belgian strong dark, una gozada.
