Villovägens Falu Pilsner. En Pilsner av tysk typ, en sommarens törstsläckare. Ljus, torr och väldigt lite beskma. Den behagliga pilsnersmaken kommer från humlesorten Hersbrucker.

Bottle. Hazy golden, huge white head, dissipates slowly. Aroma is bready, floral, grass, slight sweet, citrus zest. Taste is slight bready, more soapy floral, yeasty, worty, slight peppery (almost more lile a thin saison than a pilsener). Light body, way too much carbo. Hmm, reminds me of my first homebrew. Clearly not a healthy bottle. Best before september 2016.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Cloudy golden, mid sized head. Floral grassy nose with a touch of tiger balm. Dry with light-medium body and clean, crisp mouthfeel. Lavender and spicy grass. Low bitterness. A tad clean, otherwise nicely drinkable and with some personality.
