Originally dreamt up with our west coast sweethearts @cellarmakerbrewing in San Francisco, TacoHands is composed with a grist of malted barley, flaked maize, and corn tortillas from the great Tortilleria San Roman in South Philly. Brewed with fresh lime zest & juice, coriander, cilantro, cracked black pepper, sea salt, and cumin, as well as ancho and guajillo chiles. Dry hopped with pungent US Citra, and the always classy and zesty New Zealand Motueka. Notes of pungent lime zest, fresh cornbread, fruity peppercorn, citrus curd, and lush green herbs.

From Danny: pours hazy with white head. Citrusy; limey, some tropical. Taste is somewhat bitter, sweetish. Not really salty. Lime is not super present either.

Lime, gets a little spice as it warms, sea salt. Citra and Motueka have a fresh pineapple taste to it. And yes, it pairs perfectly with tacos. Feliz viernes, untappd! 🍻🌮🇺🇸🇲🇽

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy orange yellow with medium white head that lasts. The aroma is lime zest, floral, earth. Medium body, lime, yeast, spice, dry finish, very good.

How: Draught.
Where: Omnipollos hatt, Stockholm.
Appearance: Hazy golden colour with a white head.
Aroma: Fruit, spices, coriander, pineapple.
Body: Medium body, low carbonation.
Flavour: Tropical fruit, pineapple, spices, coriander, citrusy.

Growler shared by JRedmond at Paul’s. Pours cloudy gold with white head. Nose/taste of tortilla chip, lime zest, coriander, cumin, chilies, lemon, coconut milk and touch of black pepper. Medium body.
