Enfants, lorsque nous étions trop turbulents, mon grand-père levait son béret et annonçait d’une voix forte « Sabètz que lèu ! ». Autrement dit : « Y en a une qui se lève… » sous entendu : « qui va tomber » ! Cette menace jamais mise en exécution résume l’esprit de cette bière artisanale occitane à la teneur en alcool élevée. Mesfisa-te !

Where: Tasting at Björn, 160129.
Appearance: Dark golden colour with a white head.
Aroma: Fruit, plastic.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Malt, butter, plastic.

Bottled. Hazy golden, small head. Fruity nose with goat cheese and plastics. Sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Urinal and plastics. Buttery with an exceptional chemical finish. Dear god.
