On tap at Peders, pours a dirty dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma is rich, with intense brown sugar, caramel malts, boozy bourbon barrels, and light burnt notes. Flavour is rich, with intense brown sugar, caramel malts, boozy notes, and bourbon. Rich and decadent, almost too brutal. Very good.

On tap at Peders. Pours black with a small head. Burnt caramel, toasted bread crusts, and bourbon on the nose. Flavour has tons of boozy bourbon, brown sugar, maple syrup, bready malts. Nice.

CBJ Bottleshare. Bottle thanks to Wingman. Near clear deep amber beer, small bubbly tan head. Smooth rich but light dark malts. Chocolates, caramel and bourbon soaked fruits, barrel induced vanilla. Rich bourbon soaked finish, some bourbon spice. Fuck me, this drinks like 6%. Astonishing.

Bottle shared at the craft beer junction bermondsey tasting. Many thanks to Wingman dave for this one. A thicc, sticky, brown amber coloured pour with a a halo of beige head. Aroma is semi sweet, chewy malts, toffee, apple, brown grape, vinous funk, sherry. Palate is semi sweet, oily, medium sweet, mellow carbonation. Flavour is composed of semi sweet. Oily, chewy, toffee, brown grape, vinous fruits, plum, toffee. Nice.
