Our Just Chill’n is a smooth oatmeal stout with strong coffee and chocolate notes. We spice it up with freshly barbecued red chili, chipotle and ancho to give a sweet, smoked character and a mild balanced heat. The chili ain't gonna blow your head off in this one - it's more of a chilled out chili brew, hence the name. Chur!

Bottle, 6.0% at KØ17. Good roasted aroma. Black colour. Small light brown head. The flavour starts off roasted and turns quite hot. Good, distinct chili note, but not too painful.

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy dark brown to black with a small tan head. Aroma is mild chili and roasted malty. Coffee and dense chili stout. Lingeribg dark malty. Toasted malty. Dark malty. Herbal finish.

Dark black color, medium-sized beige head. Toasted, coffee, cocoa aroma. Medium-bodied. Sweetish chocolaty flavor, not much chili but anyhow clean and very enjoyable stout.

Draught@SBWF2015. Brown colour, small beigeish brown head. Aroma is floral, some liquorice, chocolate and mild roasted jmalts to it. Flavour is chocolate, some chili, mild toffee and some roasted notes to it.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer & Whisky Festival, 1 Oct 2015) Black colour with big, creamy, beige head. Malty, roasted nose with notes of chocolate, coffee, black rye bread and a touch of chilli. Malty, roasted taste with chocolate, black rye bread, coffee, a light chilli bite and a gentle cacao bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and well balanced with a gentle chilli character. Nice one.

Sample at SBWF 2015. Almost black with a tan head. Aroma and taste of light roasted malt, chocolate, toffee and some chili. Kind of balanced and a descent beer.

Draught @sbwf15. Pours dark brown with a thick creamy brown head. Sweet chocolaty aroma, roastedness and light spicy notes. Flavor has chocolate, coffee notes, sweetness, salty notes. No sign of the chili.
