Our Just Chill’n is a smooth oatmeal stout with strong coffee and chocolate notes. We spice it up with freshly barbecued red chili, chipotle and ancho to give a sweet, smoked character and a mild balanced heat. The chili ain't gonna blow your head off in this one - it's more of a chilled out chili brew, hence the name. Chur!

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Dark brown, smal head. Chocolate and coffee up front. Mid sweet with medium-full body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Treacle, toffee and coffee, mild notes of jalapeño. Soothing milk chocolate finish with a mere whisper of chili heat.

Bottle. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty chocolate aroma. Roasted malty chocolate chili flavor. Has a roasted malty chocolate chili finish.

Bottle (Adelsö Ölfestival 2015) - Black in colopur. Roasted malt and chocolate in the aroma. Chocolatey and roasted taste with chilli noticeable in the finish but is rather subtle, at least compared to some of the chilli beers I’ve had.
