Draught@SBWF2015 (as Allas Lager). Yelowish golden colour with a mediumsized white head. Aroma is grass, herbs, some grains, wood and mildly nectary notes. Flavour is quite similar, but is more mellow on the sweetish fruity hop notes. Nice bitterness in the finish.

Draft @ Malmö Brewing Craft Beer Festival 2015. As Lallas Lager. Pours a golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity malty grainy aroma. Fruity malty grainy weak hoppy flavor. Has a fruity malty grainy weak hoppy grassy finish.

Medium mouthfeel, medium bitterness. Bread, hoppy, toasted, hints of rubber phenolic on a very low level, also sweet and butterscotch scent. Butterscotch, hoppy, bitter, grainy, dry taste. Fizzy mouthfeel, medium bitterness. Short grainy and butterscotch, also bitter aftertaste.Almost overpowering butterscotch when warming up, I even guessed it was from Ocean due to this. Score reflects after warming up, with some temp the butterscotch makes the beer clsoe to undrinkable.5/3/6/3/11=2.8

Tap@ sbwf15 as Allas lager. Pours deep golden with a thin white head. Lasting. Spruce, forestry, fruity hops in aroma. Flavor has slight acidic notes, grainy malts, hops, grass. Nice one.

Bottle (Falkenberg Ölmässa 2014) - Amber in colour. Biscuity malt and some earthy notes in the aroma. Peach, sultanas and biscuity malt can be detected in the taste.
