On draught at the brewpub in London. Sour aroma, but the sea salt has all sorts of sea smells and aromas and ultimately flavours. This just felt like a bad idea all around, no good appearance and can’t imagine what this would go well with for food.

How: Draught.
Where: SBWF 2015.
Appearance: Dark golden colour with a white head.
Aroma: Hops, sour, fruit, manure.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Sour, hops, vinegar. Some smoke in the finish.
