How: Draught.
Where: SBWF 2015.
Appearance: Brown colour with a tan head.
Aroma: Malt, caramel, fruit, bread.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Caramel, malt, citrus, bread, a bit floral.

Draught@SBWF2015 (as California Common). Deep amber colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some wooden and earthy notes with mild bready and sweet malts as well. Flavour is rather similar, but dominated by the wooden and earthy notes. Smooth and easy to drink.

Sample at SBWF 2015. Amber with a large tan head. Aroma of malt, caramel, some fruit and cookies. Similar taste. Medium bitter and with a fairly light body. Soft and easy to drink.

Tap at SBWF2015 "Common session". Deep ruby color, small beige head. Sweetish fruity aroma. Light-bodied. Light green apple in the flavor. Low bitterness. Meh.

Tap@ sbwf15 as California common. Pours dark brown with a thick lacing off white head. Earthy, dusty, dried fruity aroma. Flavor has sweetness, earth, yeast, dust. Thin, watery even.

Keg at SBWF. Copper colour, creamy head. Bready gooseberry aroma. Mid sweet with light-medium body and soft mouthfeel. Bready malt, mild citrus. Mid bitter finish. Nice!
