How: Draught.
Where: SBWF 2015.
Appearance: Clear pale yellow colour with no head.
Aroma: Apples, white spirit.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Sweet, apples, fruit, some spices.

Draught@SBWF2015 (Julyred Batch 2). Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is apples, some mild bluecheese and mild earthy notes. Flavour is quite similar, with a somewhat dry palate. A bit more blue cheesy notes in the flavour to balance up the green apple skins would mae this even nicer.

Keg at SBWF. Lightly hazy pale golden. Generous aroma of aromatic sweet red apples. Light-medium bodied with crisp rounded mouthfeel. Mid dry with strawberry sweetness. Rich flavour of baked apples with custard.
