Export edition (lower on ABV than the original). Estrella Damm Pilsner has been brewed in Barcelona since 1876 and has become a symbol of the people in this advanced and friendly city. It is golden, with amber tones and a few green hints. The head has an ecru colour and is long-lasting.

0,5 can.Pale yellow, disembodied color, rather faint foam. It is unfortunately felt strongly with malt, German scent and corn, but it doesn't stink.Finely carbonated. It does not intrude on the corny feeling, average worldwide lager flavor. For me, the whole beer looked like a basic German lager. It would suit a refreshing beer - cheaper. *** 2020 03 02. Not much has changed, it is quite wet, its foam is a bit nicer. It is not even close to 5.4% outside.

Halványsárga, testetlen szín, elég gyengécske hab. Erőteljesen malátás, németes illat, kukorica is sajnos érződik, viszont nem büdös. Pezsgően, de finoman szénsavas. Nem tolakodik ki a kukoricás érzet, átlagos világszerte kapható alap lager íz. Nekem az egész sör egy alap, németes lagerhez hasonlított. Frissítő sörnek megfelelne - olcsóbban. *** 2020 03 02. Nem sokat változott, elég vizes, a habja valamivel szebb. A kinti 5,4%-ost meg sem közelíti.

Canned 500ml. -from local Konzum supermarket Zagreb. Pale golden coloured, medium sized white head, corn and weak grain in the nose. Bready, cereals, corn and light grain with short bitterish finish. Typical macro lager.

Jan. '17. A 0.33 l bottle, thanks Marko, especially for figuring out it's something "new". It poured a yellow to pale golden body with smaller head. Hay aroma, lightly lemony, dusty, and vaguely herbal. Lightly bitter and lightly sweet flavor, grainy, eggy, all quite watery, yet medium bodied for the style with malt notes. Nevertheless, finish was shorter, lightly herbal and dry. Quite a crappy one, an average industrial pale lager anyway.

Pours gold from the bottle. The white frothy head soon fades completely. Aroma is grassy with a touch of metal. Taste has a mild bland sweetness with a touch of dry bitterness at the end. Not a lot going on here. Body is medium with moderate carbonation. Drinkable.
