Bottle from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours hazy light gold with a white head. Coriander/yeast/citrus aroma. Lightly spicy. Near med body. Flavor is yeast/spice, coriander, citrus. It’s reasonably dry, spicier than expected, earthy, lightly woody, and seems quite bitter. Nice drink.

Bottle, sharp permeating ipa aroma. Big head. Fairly clear pale yellow, not sure where the white comes in. Pretty good co2 on the palate. Some difficult sharp, somewhat astringent, ipa flavors set in. Yes, astringent, especially as the session continues. Sediment on bottom of bottle. Alky is not as prevalent as the 6% would indicate. Yes, quite difficult for a lager lover but perhaps not like many mouth coating viscous ipa that border on iipa as in the past.
