Komoly, tartós hab, borostyán szín. Illata búzamalátás, banános, erős citrus aromával. Intenzív búzasörös alap íz, banános, citromos felhanggal. A szokatlanságát a határozott szárazsága és intenzívebb komlózása adja. Utóízében a korty folytatódik és sokáig tart.

How: Draught.
Where: Főzdefeszt IX, Budapest.
Appearance: Hazy amber colour with an off-white head.
Aroma: Malt, some vanilla and spices.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.
Flavour: Malt, a bit of spices, not many traces of the traditional hefe banana.

0.33l bottle. Hazy orange body, white head. Aroma of hay and cloves with a strong juniper-like character. The taste of bread, cloves, herbal liquor and some buttery yeasts. It’s an OK beer, but that herbal liquor character disturbes me a bit.
