Från Fågelkärrs berget sträcker sig utsikten över stora delar av Gamla Enskede. Villorna på berget byggdes av de som hade det lite bättre ställt, vilket troligtvis gjorde de övriga enskedeborna aningen bittra. Fågelkärrs Bitter är en bärnstensfärgad ale med en fyllig beska från Nya Zeeländsk Wakatu humle ackompanjerad av karamelltoner från malten.

330ml Bottle - Amber in colour. Pine, lime, caramel and mango in the aroma. Crisp, refreshing and moderately hoppy taste with notes of toffee, mango, peach and apricot.

Bottle. Notes of apricots, herbs, flour and knäckebröd. Semi dry, crisp and with a quenching bitter finish. Impressing!

Bottled at, Stockholm. Clear amber, small head. Fruity nose with hay and light citrus. Dry with light body snd crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Ripe fruit, hay, notes of caramel. Mid bitter finish. Nice for a 2% bitter.
