Bottle at Brisket & Friends. Unclear dark amber. Grassy with bitter dryness, earthy, some dry wood and some grapefruit and lemon zest accompanying. Decent.

Bottled. A golden beer with a huge orangey head – seems infected. The aroma has notes of brewmash, brett, and malt. The flavor is sweet and acidic with notes of brett and straw, leading to a dry finish.

How: Bottle.
Where: Nya Carnegiebryggeriet, Stockholm.
Appearance: Brown colour with a small white head.
Aroma: Sweet malt, slightly bitter.
Body: Thin body, medium body.
Flavour: Rather bitter, some malt sweetness.
Comment: Decent low alcohol beer. The bitterness makes the flavour a bit fuller and reduces some of the watery sweet wort that low alcohol beers can have.

(Bottle, Stockholm Beer Festival, 2 Oct 2014) Amber colour with frothy, off-white head. Malty, hoppy nose with crystal malt, citrus and orange. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, apricots, a touch of toast, orange peel and a fresh bitterness in the finish. Thin body, quite dry. Well made and tasty, one of the better low alcohol beers I’ve tried. Quite nice.
