Mørk brun. Noe tåkete med lyst beige skum. Lukter malt og krydderl. Mye kullsyre. Skummer over ved åpning av flasken. Kort.

Bottled. Hazy deep amber, small head. Buttery fruity nose. Sweet with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Low carbonation. Caramel, butterscotch and cardboard (though freshly consumed). Notes of viola. Low bitterness. Disappointing.

Bottle at home. Has a slightly hazy dark orange colour with a light beige head. Aroma of moist basement, spices, rotten vegetables, parsnip, apricot, herbs, sap, cloudberries and hints of diacetyl. The more positive elements appears after the beer has been in the glass for a couple of minutes. The flavour is similar but theres more sweet and fruity tones with the vegetables in the background. The ending is a little dry with grass. Has a soft and slick mouth feel, medium body and a light bitterness. A beer of two halves with nice fruity and berry flavours (diacetyl) on one side and vegetables of different states on the other. A little unbalanced and indeterminable.

330ml bottle from Vinmonopolet Sentrum Tromsø. Clear amber colored body. Cloudy last pour. Begins with a finger-thick beige head reduced to a few patches at the surface. Lacing rings down the glass. Moderate aroma of brown malts, hints of honey and dried fruits. Likewise, the taste profile includes caramel, honey and a touch of basement leading to an ending of resinous hops. Smooth on the swallow. Okay, food matching (with pizza at home 14.11.2014).
