Rosa kom till av bara farten. Alla smakerna satt som de skulle men det fanns något där längst upp i gommen som var svårt att sätta färg på. Vi kom aldrig fram till vad det där oklara egentligen smakade. I alla fall inte innan granngubben längst ner på gatan kom förbi och smakade och hävdade bestämt att det smakade rosa. Vad vet vi? Han har nog rätt. Rosa är det.

Bottle. Pours amber without a head. A nice and drinkable bitter, low carbonation and nutty, malty flavours.

Bottle at Katarina Ölkafé. (my first one from this brewery) A bit hazy amber with a large head. Aroma and taste of light hops, bread, caramel and grapefruit. The finish was medium bitter. An ok one although a bit light.

Bottled at Katarina Ölkafe, Stockholm. Lightly hazy amber, creamy head. Floral hops and caramel up front. Dry with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Caramel, dusty ripe fruit and floral hops. Resiny bitter finish.
