Bottle shared at home. Clear golden with enormous white head. Lemon, red apple, dry white wine or champagne, musty grains, quite herbal and light spicy. Overall the champagne and cider-like notes are quite dominant. Medium sweet with light tartness and light bitter finish. Medium bodied with full carbonation and some alcohol. Very good.

Yellow-golden color with big head. Fruity and spicy. Very fruity. Sweet fruity taste. High carbonation. No booziness. Wow. How can a Blonde be that good? EDIT: Vintage 2014, tasted in November 2015 - 1.5 years old. Milkshake-like, apricots, honey, spicy. Very intense and sirupy. Different than I remember. Maybe my palate has changed, the aging changes a lot or the feeling of having a beer in belgium makes a huge difference. Still quite typical for De Dolle: Uncompromising.

grappig nietszeggend etiket voor mij, schenkt licht vlokkerig, bleek gouden met minimaal witte kraag. aroma van mandarijn, sinaasappel. zoetje, gist, citrus, exotisch fruit (perzik). Smaken zijn bij de eerste slok die van een zuurtje (fruit), redelijk bittertje, iets van ananas , metalige ondertonen, gist, afdronk iets pittig (pepertje ?). medium body, dun van texuur, normale co2, en afdronk kruidig. gaat wel

Blonde beer launched for the Folkorefeesten of Lichtervelde in 1990 and kept in production, though the original version was a much lighter session beer of 6% ABV. Very thick and rocky, firm, off-white head over an orangey golden blonde beer, clear but cloudy after adding the deposit. Powerful fruity aroma of melon, pear, orange, peach, grass, white pepper, cognac, rhum, dough, honey and liquorice. Fresh fruity onset, malt sweetness, bit bready and caramelly, pretty strong carbo, orange peel, floral hop bitterness in the finish with warming and somewhat astringent alcohol. Typical Dolle beer, but not their most creative find.

Bottle at Kulminator. Almost clear deep golden liquid with a medium white head. Aroma of floral hops, bread, earth, cachaca and raw sugar. Taste is dry and light bitter with notes of flowers, bread and earth. Medium bodied with medium to high carbonation. Great.
