Flaska från biersgourmet.be. Mörkt gyllenfärgad, snyggt kompakt vitt skum, lätt disig. Stor estrig doft med viss alkohol, fruktkompott, belgisk jäst, koriander. smaken är lätt och frisk och kraftfull på samma gång, rejäl beska, fruktighet med lätt parfymerad känsla. En snygg, Välavvägd stark belgisk blond. Mycket god.

Bottle at Delirium. Deep dark blonde with a high head. Fruity nose, pear, peach, a somewhat stewed character. Flavor of stewed fruit, peach, honey, pear. Hugely bitter finish. A rather strange beer that grew on me. Drinks much lighter than 9%

bottle at david’s tasting Best before 2010 pours yellow, big white foam . smell is sweet, hints of honey sweet, dusty taste . big carbo ( you can taste the carbonation, much alike sparkling water ) , nice, but might be a bit over the top by now .

Bottle @ home shared with Dutchdrebus. Opaque orange color with big chunks of whatever on the bottom. Medium to full sized white to off - white head. Smell malts, some sourness. Taste malts, a bit sour (intended?) and just boring basically. Pretty high on the carbonation, ok body. Overall not that good imo.

Bottled AUG 2012, BBE AUG 2014 - Pours dark orange with a massive foamy head. Aroma of stingy floral hops, ripe fruits, grass, yeast, farmhouse and spices. Taste is yeasty and fruity with notes of floral hops, spices, farmhouse and grass. Finish is bitter and yeasty with some floral and fruity notes and hints of spices. Nice, quite complex and hoppy Belgian blonde.

Taste: little malty, hay, distinct yeasty character, sweet alcohol, bit floral, grassy hops, pretty bitter. Aftertaste: fruity, apples and pears, bitter yeasty ending, bit cheesy.

Started to come from the bottle right away after opening the cap. Aroma has apricot, some yeast and hints of citron. Flavour is fruity and somewhat tart with some apricot, belgian toffee and hints of citron. Good.
