Bottle 33 cl. Pours a hazy yellow with a white head. Subtle citrusy aroma. Light body, quite some carbonation, a little tart and citric. But fairly crisp and drinkable. 150415

Bottle from NK Saluhall, October 2014. Hazy golden with a large white head. Aroma and taste of light elderflower, bread, citrus and some light yeast. Also some notes of metall in the taste. Light and with high carbonation.

Bottle from NK Saluhall. Pours amber without a head. Sharp aroma of elder. Taste of elder, citrusy hops and a hint of saison yeast.

Bottle. Rather strange and messy saison with heavy notes of oat and fruit. Somewhat plastic aftertaste. Sweet. Heavy carbonation.

330ml Bottle - Hazy amber in colour. Lemon, yeast, peach and a faint hint of elderflower in the aroma. Tangy and fruity taste with peach, syrup and a hint of elderflower. The elderflower is more subtle than I was expecting it to be. Very refreshing.

Bottled, from Urban Deli Nytorget, Stockholm. Hazy golden, small head. Distinct elderflower aroma with some citrus. Light bodied with clean mouthfeel. Dry with some juicy elderflower. Somewhat metallic finish.

Bottle courtesy of rlgk. Pours hazy goldenish yellow with a rather thin white head that doesn’t leave much trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is sour with cereal, overripe lemons, chlorine, moist hay, leather and frozen green peas. Taste is sour with crackers, lemon juice, dry soil, compost, moist hay, boiled cabbage and unfermented wort. Mouthfeel is slightly dry, watery and light bodied. Finish is slightly sour with crackers, cereal, unfermented wort, moist hay, lemon juice and lemon zest. Pretty damn bad!
