Bottled 355ml. -from Za Popen’t Pivoteka, Ljubljana. Clear amber coloured, small beige head that went away fast, pretty neutral nose (just weak maltiness). Moderate malty, spicy and mild fruity with notes of caramel. Hint of rose hip in the finish. Pretty plain beer.

Flaske fra Kihosk: utseende passser til en missekonkurranse - gylden farge og luftige lokker med fint fall. Søtlig maltsmak og humletouch med schwung i kroppen, elegant uten å være helt overbevisende selv om den kjæler ganen på sitt vis. En one night stand fra Flying Dog med a lingering aftertouch.

Bottle 33 cl. Amber, clear with a minimal offwhite head. Aroma of hops, caramel and malt. Medium bitter taste with a malt and light sence of roasted end.

Bottle at The Ale House, Chelmsford. Bronze in colour, with minimal head. Sweet roasted caramel malt aroma, full bodied and rich. Easy drinker.

12 oz. bottle from Village Market, Hampton Falls, NH. Lager glass shows a caramel / ruby color. Small head with little head retention. Aroma sweet and malty with a strange spice in there. Medium bodied, light bitterness with appropriate carbonation. Weak malt bill, trances of toffee and caramel. ABV is a tad noticeable. Also, the malt or hops are of English variety for sure. I find a strange off putting spice note here. I had a hard time finishing the glass.

Bottle. Spices, caramel and alcohol aroma. Clear amber with a small ivory head, nice lacing. Saccharine, caramel, toast, spice, and harsh weedy bitter flavor. Medium body and carbonation. I’m not a fan.

Bottle from Bitter End, Bromley. It pours deep amber with a medium off-white head. The nose is wood, leather, dates, raisin, light spice and gingerbread. The taste is wood, leather, raisin, date, spice, gingerbread, caramel, some alcohol warmth, wood polish and earth with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Hides alcohol well. Good balance and flavour.

Red brown colour. Aroma of toasty malts, caramel and a hint of ginger biscuit. Sweet taste with some burnt, bitter caramel and some dry hop notes in the finish.
