Our tribute to West Coast American IPAs. A double IPA, high in character and hoped to within an inch of its life! Despite having more than its fair share of alcohol, the generous addition of hops leads to a well-balanced beer. A simple grain bill of Maris Otter forms the malty canvas on which Columbus, Simcoe and Centennial hops impart their flavours and aroma. Following kettle additions, two further hop additions haven after fermentation. The result is a complex sensual experience. Citrus, pine and spice jostle for position on the tongue whilst the fruity nose adds to the drinking experience.
