Bottled@SBWF. Pale yellow colour, no head. Aroma is floral, some white wine, mild alcohol with some elderflower. Flavour is rosehip, some honey, mild white wine like elements. Fresh.

Bottle, tasting event at Mikkeller and Friends, Copenhagen
Almost transparent water. Very fresh aroma, delicate apple aroma, sweet and fruity. Dry and weak mouthfeel, there is some yeast and some glue, and some bitterness.
Started well, ended worse.

bottle at tasting at mikkeller and friends, clear yellow , no head. slightly siulphirish aroma , flavor is flowery ,bitter ,sert wine like ,notmuch hints of honey.

Bottled. A light yellow mead. The aroma has notes honey, apples, and spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of honey, apples, and straw, leading to a tart finish.

75 cl bottle. Pours clear pale yellow to greenish. Fruity, perry to apples. Dry, honey and herbal. Dry, bitter and apples. Honey, herbal and rather dry. Herbal and dry finish.

Bottled at SBWF. Very pale yellow. Floral nose. Dry and vinous with light-medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Dry, almost crisp and freshening with notes of hibiscus.

Sampled bottled at "En öl & whiskymässa" in Göteborg, on April 13, 2013.Not sure this is released officially yet, but was available for sale at the festival.Clear, pear color, very small head. Sweet, fruity, acidic scent. Tart, dry, apple peel taste. Medium mouthfeel, dry finish.
