Bottled at NK Ölbar, Stockholm. Perfectly black, small beige head. Lots of oaky whisky up front, some chocolate. Mid sweet with full body and soft mouthfeel. Lots of chocolate and tar, some smoke and leather. Heating oaky whisky dominate the finish. A bit young, and with lots of whisky character. Will probably mellow with time. Much unlike Mr Pettersson himself...

How: Bottle.
Where: NK Bar, Stockholm.
Appearance: Dark brown, almost black, colour with a thin beige head. Thin quickly vanishing lacing.
Aroma: Heavy burned roasted malt with hints of coffee, whiskey and alcohol.
Body: Full body that is a bit oily. No carbonation.
Flavour: Whiskey, alcohol. Sour finish.
Comment: Not as much flavour as I had expected. The whiskey completely dominates and eliminates all other potential flavours. Would probably have done better had it been mixed with a non oak aged variety to bring out a bit more flavour.
