(On tap) Hazy red with tiny white head. Great aroma - sour cherries and funkiness. Light body with good bright carbonation. Sour with cherries and some subtle earthy notes. Great sour beer.

Bottle. Clear red with no head. Aroma of bracken, cherries, Bakewell tart. Low carbonation. Sour. There's a bit of caught jam-like sweetness underneath too which balances a slightly feral funk ('tho it's much more sour than funky) along with a soft oakiness that suggests that this one has been sitting about a while. This gives depth but perhaps at the cost of the vibrancy of the cherries.
