Shared by beastiefan2k (you’re too good to me, eugene) - hazy copper with a pinkish/purple tint and a bright white, fizzy head - very sweet, but earthy fruit aroma - the flavor is not as sweet as the aroma suggests - tart, but not sour, with strong fruit skin flavors, coupled with earth/soil and musty qualities - some dry, woody character - good, but not on par with their non-fruit lambics.

Bottle@Beer Circus, Brussels, Belgium. Dull reddish beer with a light head. The aroma is dull strawberry, and the flavour is light and dull strawberry. Overall a quite dry, dull strawberry beer.

Bottled. Dark red colour, mediumsized reddish/pink head. Aroma is raspberry, some sour wooden hints and a bit of apple. Flavour is sour raspberries, wood and slightly appleish sourness also. A very smoothly made thing.

Bottel. 37.5 cl. Light unclear red amber color with a small to average fizzy fair lacing mostly diminishing off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy raspberry, light sweet and sour. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate sweet sour, with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft.

Bottle, 5%. Nice, sweet raspberry aroma with an acidic finish. Almost clear prune red colour, small head. The flavour starts off with a lot of raspberry. Later, it turns bitter, as if from the berries or seeds. Finishes on a nice, woody, berry bitterness. Both the aroma and flavour have a little butter. Not sour or acidic. Solid.

(375 ml bottle at The Rover, GΓΆteborg) Shady brown color, small creamy tan head. Sweet wild raspberry scent. Acidic fruity taste. Medium mouthfeel, low bitterness. Quite allright, but nothing really special.

Bottle from Utobeer, Attractive scarlet colour with pink lasting head. Intense raspberry jam aroma. Expect it to be sicly sweet, but the hit of sourness that comes in later, balances it. Good integrated fruit. Real fruit flavour, not artificial. You can really taste the pips on this. Some vanilla raspberry ripple ice cream-esque. Wonderful quality fruit lambic

Red color; huge pink head, rather explosive bottle. Aroma of mature raspberries, sweet. Sour and quite astringent, delicate fruitness. The final is too bitter and astringent. Not impressive.

37.5cl Bottle
Dark orange red, pink lacing creamy head. Big sweet raspberry aroma. Fruit, ashen yeasty notes, quick dry fruity finish. Somewhat thin. Refreshing, but a bit boring really.
