(Bottle - says 4.4% ABV and 18 IBU). Slightly hazy golden yellow with good small white head. Subtle pleasant aroma with notes of bread, grass, pepper. Surprising palate - soft and creamy. Taste is similar to aroma - bread, some peppery spice but with some fruity, mainly citrus notes, in the background. The peppery spice remains into a reasonably bitter finish. Very drinkable.

Tap. Pale milky yellow, white head. Mealy, papery base, light catty, restrained bitterness. Light bodied, dry mellow. Not super exiting.

From a 330ml bottle on 11/3/2012 (the bottle describes it as Quayle Summer Ale’ and is 4.4% ABV). Pours a cloudy light golden with a thickish lasting head. Has a slight aroma of bready malt and citrus fruit. Flavour wise, it’s relatively subtle - a little honey up front, with a slightly sour, lingering lemon bitterness at the back. Not particularly exciting or noteworthy, but easy enough to drink and would work quite well in the warmer months.

Draught at the brewpub. Hazy pale yellow with minimal head. Light bodied with citrusy wheat beer character and clean mouthfeel. Slightly orangey. A very drinkable beer with low hop rate and bitterness.

Slightly hazy pale yellow color, short head. Aroma of some banana, some wheat. Quite watery and not enough taste.
