Kross Stout es una cerveza muy especial para nosotros, ya que gracias a ella nos conocimos y decidimos a emprender este proyecto. Esta Ale de color café oscuro y cuerpo medio es compleja y equilibrada a la vez. Sus delicadas notas a café tostado, chocolate amargo y frutos secos la hacen muy versátil en el momento de combinarla con comida. Pruebenla con mariscos, postres de chocolate o quesos mantecosos.

On tap at KrossBar, pours a deep dark brown with a small beige head. Aroma has soft cocoa, toasted malt, and some earthiness. Flavour is rather fungal, with bready malt, some cocoa, and lots of fungal notes. Not what I want in the style but not flawed at least.

Bottled. Deep brown colour with a mediumsized foamy brown head. Aroma is toffee, coffee, some lactose, spices and mild roast. Flavour is dried fruits, mild acidic tones, roast and some lactose to it.

Refrigerated 330 cc brown bottle, Best Buy May 10, 2021 poured into a glass. Black with small off-white head. Aroma is creamy cocoa, medium body, low carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is cocoa and some cream.

Bottle, thanks Palle! Almost black, brown collapsing layering head. Coffe, chocolate roast aroma with preserved fruit notes. Nice base roast, good moccha flavors with cedarwood and vanilla notes, berries, bitter hops and roast finish. Medium to light body with a good chewyness and sparkle. Nice one.
