Bottle 33cl. from a local Jumbo @home poured into a tasting glass. Hazy straw colour, small stable frothy white head, fair lacing. Aroma sweet malt, orange, pear, light banana, grain, herbal notes, yeast. Taste light to medium sweet and light bitter, malty, grainy, orange, pear, herbal notes. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation, mild sweetbitter aftertaste, grainy and yeasty notes, bit metallic, well-balanced, light husky notes, nice.

21 June 2021. At Jopenkerk, Haarlem. Shared with the lovely Anke. Tap. Clear yellow, thin, frothy, white head; some lacing. Aroma of perfumey orange, wet grass, citrus peel, hay, yeast, wet dough. Taste has sweetish banana, melon & mandarin, spicy-yeasty accents over bready malts. Grassy hoppy finish in a 'wet' way, lingering perfumey fruit and spices. Medium body, oily texture, average carbonation. Pretty decent albeit standard.

Bottle. At first a bit herbal with a melon fruitiness, followed by a long, bitter, herbal finish. (5 4 7 2 12 = 3.0) Tap, Café t Pleintje Hengelo. Pinkish blonde. In spite of the name, this beer isn’t agressively hopped. The hopcharter is there, with charming hints of grapefruit and raspberry. Pleasant beer.
