Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen (30/05/2015) - pours hazy golden maber with a beige head. Sweet malty aroma and taste, citrus notes, caramel, some spices, grassy and floral hoppy, medium body, bitter sweet spicy finish.

0.33 l bottle. Hazy,honey-yellow with good white foam. Noble hop aroma: floral, spicy, honey malt, pear and other fruit esters. Taste: a little watery, fruits (pear), spicy, fortified ordinary wine, some hop bitterness.

Bottle. Pours hazy light amber with stable off-white head. Clear aroma of hops and citrus, with notes of malt and touches of yeast. Bitter, hoppy flavour with notes of citrus, fruit and malt and some estery touches. Bitter aftertaste with notes of needles. Rich body. Well-balanced and good.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - BB 11/06/15, at Viisi Penniä, 20150502) The beer poured golden and lightly hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, Belgian style yeast and spiciness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, spiciness, Belgian style yeast, grass, herbalness and bitterness. Aftertaste was yeasty, hoppy and bitter. A brew approaching the very annoying sorachi ace characteristics. If I really tried to ignore that I managed to find a Belgian style brew with decent hop bite.
