Nectar imprisoned in a bottle. An anything-but-delicate blend of sharp hoppiness and fruity aroma, this beer is a life-changing backyard knife-fight for your palate. Fermented with a volcano-like Belgian yeast strain called “El Diablo,” Raging Bitch earned its polarizing name from the aggressively active nature of the yeast - unleashed, untamed, unbridled...and in heat.

Pours amber from the bottle. A frothy white crown turns creamy and lingers. Aroma is mango, yeasty, malty with caramel inflections. Taste is sweet up front, fruity, but turning rapidly bitter going into the finish. Full bodied, robust, dry with moderate carbonation. Overall a nicely balanced brew, a bit too heavy and alcoholic to really be called refreshing but eminently drinkable. Good stuff.

Bottle. Pours almost clear amber with a lasting off-white head leaving good lacing. Aroma of hop, caramel, sweet malt, fruit, biscuit and floral notes. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Medium body, slight stickiness to texture, soft to average carbonation. Very good.

355ml bottle. Pours brown. Banana, bubblegum, peach, apricot, orange peel, caramel. Big hop character, but with a surprisingly big yeast profile too. Very nice.

330 ml bottle. Pours with a nice hazy orange color and a nice white head. WOnderful nose: Grapes, Grapefruit, some citrussy aroma, hops, nice hops, yeast, some pines, something sweet. Taste of fresh, pine hops, belgian yeast and caramel, some bananas, peach and apricot. Wow, very nice bitter and dry finish. Love it!

Clear amber beer, thick off-white head. Dry aroma of citrus, bread, grass. Really dry taste as well, citrus, yeast, grass, bitter hop. Bitter and slightly sour in the aftertaste.

Bottle. Color: Amber golden, frothy off white head. Taste: Medium sweet, hopbitter and some kind of herbs. Hints of honey and yellow fruit. Mild. Bit warm, vinuous mouthfeel. Long lasting dry hopbitter and herby finish.
