Many thanks for this beer to Jacek Wigier (wineofdreams@gmail.com). mocne rozczarowanie, bo symfonia Bethovena to to nie jest. jest za slodkie, mulace, ciasteczka jakies, zamulajace. malo jak na IPA, za malo wyszlo z nachmieleniem i rownowaga miedzy slodowoscia, a goryczka, wiem ze to belgijskie wiec musi byc glownie slodowe no ale koledzy bez przesady. Zle piwo.

Bottle. Orange golden color. Grapefruit, pineapple and oily hops in the aroma. Tart, moderately hopbitter flavor with grapefruit, lemon, pineapple and canned peach. Hopbitter aftertaste. Likeable

Pear and lemon zest nose, not strong. Cloudy amber, thick head, good lace. Yeast, lemon peel, pear. Medium body, soft carbonation.

F: huge, light off-white, long lasting. C: deep gold, hazy. A: malty, peach, yeasty, floral, spicy, candy sugar, herbal. T: malt, fruity, very dry on the palate, light earthy, peach, yeast, spicy, medium body, medium carbonation, this in my opinion is not IIPA but more like BSA, nothing really special, 33cl bottle from Spar supermarket in Oostende.

Bottle from Bier Tempel, Brussels. Hazy golden/orange with a white head. Aroma of hops, grapefruit and caramel. Similar taste. The body was around medium and the finish was quite bitter. A decent one.

hazy orange colour, minimal creamy off-white head;aroma and taste of overripe fruits (peach, maybe grapefruits, too and tropical fruits), orange peel, biscuits, Belgian yeast and peppery notes; really haarmonic bitter-sweetness; like a mixture of an IPA and a tripel

Treated as a Belgian IPA, this was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a burnt hazy orange color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated pretty quickly.
The smell has some sweet grassiness over some sweet Belgian sugars. Nice sour edge underneath, super underneath. Some mellow woodiness.
The taste had a semi-sticky stick edge of the grassiness to the Belgian sugars. Semi-mellow and leading on into the aftertaste with a wet finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Carbonation runs fairly light with some sweet grassy to Belgian sweet to sugary-feels hitting my tongue in a somewhat sticky sort of way.
Overall, for a Belgian IPA, I see nothing wrong with it. But its really not hype-worthy. Its just good for what it is. I could do it again if I necessary.

Troebel lichtbruin bier met schuim. Smaak is krachtig hoppig bitter en licht zoet, citrus en ananas. Smaak blijft lang hangen.
